Our Client.

Since 2004, our client has transformed and constructed high-end residential and commercial properties across London and the South-East.

They have constructed, refurbished, altered and fitted out some of the most stunning and challenging designs, including complex structural work, triple basements, façade retentions and cut & carve; followed by all levels of fit-out, including prime residential.

Their clients include blue chip FTSE 100 companies, developers, private family offices, and even royal, families.

They Seek.

They seek an experienced Senior Project Manager with new build and refurbishment experience in Central London.

Scope of works

• £15 million

• Cat A office refurbishment

• Retained facade.

• Piling

• Temporary works

• Basement dig

• New RC frame

• Windows

Key Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the technical services manager and quantity surveyor and liaise with sub-contractor and professional teams.

• To continuously review and ensure that all work on site is being performed in accordance with H&S, CDM, quality and environmental procedures.

• To attend meetings, produce minutes as well as precise and concise weekly project reports, and making sure record keeping is thorough, regular and accurate.

• To review drawings and assist with overview, development and updating of the project programme.

• Production of logistic plans and method statements

• To ensure adequate resources to achieve project programmes and ensure all site operatives, staff and visitors are properly inducted.

• Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard.

• Carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs.

• Liaise with construction teams, landlords and clients.

• Management of site manager and site teams on your projects

• Oversee all aspects of build process and monitor build quality on site.

• Co-ordinate contractors and designers, bearing in mind specification and costs.

• Have a clear understanding of standard work practices / relevant BS standards and codes.
