Role Overview:

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical projects and managing lift installations, maintenance, and repairs, PAT testing, emergency lighting, warden call repairs, security and aerial systems across the diverse housing portfolio. Your expertise will contribute to the safety, efficiency, and modernisation of properties, ensuring a seamless living experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Spearhead lift installation, maintenance, and repair projects, collaborating with contractors and internal teams.

Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of electrical systems and lifts, implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and innovations to enhance our housing facilities.
