Job Description
LeadD NPI sourcing strategies for battery technologies and implement commodity strategies to achieve cost reduction targets.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
Work cross functionally with teams internally to bring to life new ideas
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain.
Oversee the inventories and ensure adequate stock levels.
Stay updated on market trends and advancements in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in Engineering with experince in NPD projects
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
A comprehensive understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in supply chain software.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
