Customer service/admin experience is essential

Ideal role for a candidate with a small amount of property experience

Salary up to £25k+ dependent on experience

Monday to Friday – 9:00 – 17:00

Property Manager duties include:

Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors

Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors

Renewing safety certifications and contracts

Issuing section notices

Organising check ins/outs and inventories
