Quantity Surveyor – Construction

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor with expertise in JCT/NEC contracts? Meel Group is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team in Macclesfield, to support driving our operational and strategic success.

In this role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of our projects, collaborating with Project Managers and Finance colleagues to ensure contractual compliance and maximise revenue. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing costs effectively and maintaining strong client relationships.

With a legacy of over 55 years in the industry, Meel Group is renowned for excellence in MEP services. As we continue to grow, ‘we are seeking a talented Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial operations and ensure project success.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience with JCT/NEC contracts

Degree educated (or equivalent experience)

Experience at senior management level

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

RICS accreditation is desirable

Competitive salary (OTE £65K plus company car), negotiable based on level of expertise and experience, with opportunities for career growth and development.
