Experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager required to service cold and warm portfolio.

We are seeking a dynamic BDM to introduce our services to new prospects and build relationships with existing clients.

The role

• Arranging and attending meetings with new and existing clients to further our business progression
• Devising new sales strategies that incorporate our current team
• Negotiating new business contracts
• Carrying out all associated admin

You must be

• Target/self-driven
• An excellent communicator
• Quick to build relationships
• Organised
• Experienced in the recruitment industry
• In possession of a full UK driving licence
