An exclusive client is looking to recruit an experienced commercial Project Manager who has knowledge and experience working with projects worth up to 2 million. You will be working with projects based at Gatwick and large London Train stations. As a Project Manager you will be well experienced managing teams and subcontractors, managing the project from start to finish.

Requirements of the project manager:

– At least 5 years’ experience as a commercial project manager.

– Mechanical construction experience and knowledge.

– Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts.

– Organisation of projects from start to finish.

– Strong communication skills.

– Strong experience using Excel.
