Contracts Manager required for a temp to perm position, based in London but servicing contracts Nationwide.

Main duties:

– Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion
– Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers
– Draft and review contractual agreements ensuring accuracy and compliance
– Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
– Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers and other staff
– Utilise project management tools to track contract milestones
