Salary: £28,000 per annum

Permanent: 42.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 5 Days per week across a rotating 7-day working week. Candidates need to be able to accommodate flexible day rotas including occasional weekends.

Our Head Concierge

The Head Concierge is a critical supervisory position, supporting the assistant manager in the day-to-day operation of the building. Responsible for managing a team of concierges and housekeepers, ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered to residents and guests. Supporting with everything from a resident’s initial welcome and move-in to ensuring the facilities are maintained and achieving our superior brand standards.

• Liaise with residents, completing building tours, supplying, and ensuring they complete relevant paperwork including move-in contracts, maintaining customer databases for communications, and resolving or escalating any issues which may arise.
• Manage a team of staff members, ensuring their time is used efficiently on shift.
• Conduct regular team training and ensure all e-learning is complete and up to date.
• Complete regular building compliance walks to ensure brand standards are met, there are no health and safety issues, and items are in good working order.
• Organise resident move-ins and changeovers, ensuring a smooth, stress-free welcome experience, including apartment checks to ensure they’re clean and well-maintained to our high standards, preparing keys, and ensuring paperwork is correct.
• Ensure the building is clean and maintained to the highest standard, managing issues with building maintenance and housekeeping.
• Support delivery & promotion of on-site events and pop-ups.
• You’ll be an integral part of the team where you’ll be encouraged to embrace your creativity and make your mark!

Our Head Concierge plays a critical role in ensuring the support and effective leadership of colleagues across multi-functioning teams, providing guidance where required. You must have a passion for delivering high-end customer service to all our residents and visitors. We are looking for:

• An experienced Customer Service professional, preferably from within a luxury/premium brand.
• While we aren’t necessarily looking for an experienced manager, we are looking for someone who has played a key role in supporting, mentoring, guiding, and coordinating colleagues in a Supervisory/Team Leadership role.
• A strong team player with a passion for working with people and customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High personal standards and attention to detail.
• A warm, welcoming, professional people-person with the ability to build relationships with our residents.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Well organized and meticulous.
• Highly self-motivated and flexible.
