The Company:

Linsco are delighted to be supporting our client, a leading specialist in the Midlands for industrial roofing and cladding. As a result of sustained growth within the firm, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Contracts Manager to join their senior leadership team.

They specialise in high-quality and innovative classing solutions for projects across the industrial, commercial retail and leisure sectors.

Their highly skilled teams are able to manage every aspect of projects from initial survey through to completion, enabling them to provide a one-stop shop for their clients and ensuring the highest level of service throughout.

The Role:

As the Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of projects from take-off to completion, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and client satisfaction. This senior position requires exceptional leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
• Supervise all aspects of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and
• Prepare and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.
• Organise working/construction drawings with our draughtsman and clients, resolving any drawing issues to reach the approval stage.
• Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within budget and hit practical completion dates.
• Procure project materials and ensure deliveries meet programme time
• Attend and actively participate in site meetings, addressing issues promptly and ensuring snagging is closed off in time for handover.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with main contractors, clients, and

What you’ll need:

• Able to commute comfortably to office location in the East Midlands.
• Significant experience within industrial roofing and cladding.
• Direct experience in managing projects of varying sizes, particularly within the industrial roofing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF.
• Knowledgeable in various flat roof systems, including single-ply, liquid-applied, composite built-up systems, rainscreen systems, and composite cladding.
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
