A reputable Housing Developer is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team due to expansion. This role is open to a Senior Site Manager who is looking to step up.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all contracts within the construction projects
• Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and timelines with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle
• Manage budget and financial aspects of contracts

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Senior Site Manager role within the new build housing sector.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successful contract management

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with frequent site visits across the Perth, Kinross and South Fife area
