We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a high profile & prestiguos project in Birmingham.

Experience in the Building, steel frame, Refurb & M&E sectors would be highly advantageous for this position. As a Site Manager, you will work closely with the Sub Contractors, Project Manager & Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including supervision of subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between the site and office teams.
• Monitor progress and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage site resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contractual specifications and standards.
• Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to avoid delays or additional costs.
