Working for an impressive company in the South, with over 60 staff, specialising in exclusive government contracts and commercial/ industrial works.

You’ll be joining a supportive, switched on team where you can manage exciting, varied projects- sometimes UK wide, sometimes international! And based at a modern, large facility that offer casual dress and a positive environment.

The role:

• This role is very much office based, but you’ll still have the chance to get out and about.
• You’ll be overseeing anything from one large scale mechanical and electrical / M&E project, such as a job in the Falklands, through to three smaller ones at a time. Sometimes that means heading off to sites around the UK, staying over for a night and making sure everything’s running smoothly. When that happens, you can choose to get paid for your travel time or claim it back as holiday– a nice bit of flexibility you don’t see every day.
• You’ll be working alongside two other PMs and you’ll have fantastic coordination support from multiple dedicated projects office staff plus a clued up Estimator. It’s a team that works well together, communicates brilliantly, and gets things done without drama.
• General office hours are 7:30AM to 4PM.

What we are looking for in the new M&E Project Manager:

• Direct experience in a Mechanical and Electrical PM/ Project Manager role, within a commercial or industrial building services and installations business
• Based in Hampshire
