We’re seeking a Lifecycle Manager to join an expanding Public Estates team in Paisley, with hybrid working options to fit your lifestyle.

Who we’re looking for:

• Background in Construction, Engineering, or Surveying (Lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with condition surveys, building structures, M&E services, and lifecycle planning.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and driving results.
• UK Driving License required.
