They’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full account lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign and project delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in Account Management within a tech or cyber environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
