Account Manager / Tour Coordinator for growing, forward-thinking School Tour Operator.

Leeds City Centre (LS1).

Full-time, £23,300

Client relationships are our number one priority. We re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain our clients accounts, manage international tours and serve as our main point of contact.

• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• English & Maths GCSE at Grade C or above.

Objectives of this Role

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Create and manage travel/ tour Itinerary bookings. This will potentially involve managing and negotiating contracts/ agreements with suppliers.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

We re Max Ski, a small but fiercely ambitious Tour Operator based in Leeds. We primarily organise snowsports experiences for schools and colleges. Our all-inclusive package tours take students to some of the most amazing places across Europe, USA and Canada.

We ve built Max Ski around one simple concept – unparalleled customer support & service. We are taking this idea and expanding into new markets, offering a wide range of non-ski products and services.
