Assistant Residential Block Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for an expanding and highly regarded block management agency, who are part of the Association of Residential Management Agents (ARMA).

Our Client has built an enviable reputation for providing outstanding property management services for the residential and commercial property markets across North London.

This would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in block management, looking to join a growing business with excellent career prospects as the teams grows.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of a portfolio of property blocks
• Undertaking site inspections.
• Maintaining effective communication with all leaseholders.
• Liaising with leaseholders, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors.
• Arranging and monitoring works and service contracts.
• Assisting with Section 20 process and notices.
• Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role as well as client facing confidence. A driving licence and vehicle would also be beneficial.

Our client works from a very nice office in leafy Southgate, North London with parking available.
