Associate Project Manager/Director
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to 62,000 per annum (DOE)

Join a leading construction consultancy in Manchester as an Associate Project Manager/Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to take a leadership role, manage key projects from inception to completion, and support junior staff development while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management commissions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage internal resources and client relationships.
• Support business development through bids, client retention, and securing new commissions.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
• Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction-related role.
• Strong project and financial management experience.
• Expertise in procurement routes and building contracts.
• Chartered (RICS or equivalent) or working towards.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Driving license and access to own car required.
