About the role

This role is not eligible for internal transfers. As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out every opportunity to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent shop standards through displays, stock management, and cleanliness, and providing personalized service to build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
2. Prioritize customer needs by proactively engaging with them, understanding their expectations, and resolving queries or complaints.
3. Encourage customer engagement with the John Lewis brand and support marketing efforts through personalized and social marketing.
4. Monitor sales performance of best sellers to promote seasonal changes and new products.
5. Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
6. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

• Basic IT literacy skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided.

Full-time hours up to 37.5 per week, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, across seven days.
