About the Role

As a Business Development Director your role is to achieve sales targets by presenting and selling solutions to potential customers. You will prospect and qualify leads, establish relationships, and provide product demonstrations. Your focus will be on building and maintaining great customer relationships within the the area of iGaming and other emerging markets ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
• Proactively cultivate new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration to align with business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, workflows, and customer value.
• Negotiating and finalising contracts and agreements.
• Presenting proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitoring key performance indicators to measure success.
• Staying informed on industry trends and competition.

Qualifications:

• Experience establishing long-term customer relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Maintains high-quality customer engagement
• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
• Adept at navigating negotiations and closing deals to mutual satisfaction.
• Organized approach to maintaining and updating the sales pipeline.
• Be proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
