As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing commercial strategies, engaging with customers, and driving sales of innovative sustainability products and services.

Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company s products and services.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
• Identify and engage with new customers while building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Grow and manage a network of regional sales consultants and agencies.
• Prepare customer quotations, lead pitches, and drive contract negotiations.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Your current experience which will help you as a Business Development Manager:

• Proven ability to identify and win new business opportunities, closing high-value contracts.
• Experience in contract negotiation and presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering solutions to non-engineers.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales funnel reporting tools, and creating professional sales materials.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across international markets.

• Up to £60k salary + bonus scheme, dependent on experience.
