An established and thriving Human Resource Technology firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, this role also provides the opportunity for uncapped quarterly performance bonuses with an achievable OTE (On Target Earning) of £60,000.

Responsibilities:

This role offers an exciting and fulfilling career path with abundant prospects for personal and professional growth. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sales Leadership: Expertly present workplace technology to potential clients. Source and close complex HR Software sales, ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Client Relationship Management: Take charge of growing existing client accounts, supporting account managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities utilising various sources, such as personal contacts, networking, client relationships, and market intelligence. Attend industry events as necessary to stay informed and promote the company’s expertise and products.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, becoming the company’s in-house expert and contribute to leadership in the field.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to future growth and enhance the company’s offerings.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities beyond traditional sales, which may include channel partners, expanding service offerings, entering new markets, or launching innovative products.
• Profitability: Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure that all new contracts are profitable and competitive within industry standards.
