The Role:

In this results-oriented position, you ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients. Once contracts are secured, you’ll continue to manage those accounts, ensuring long-term success.

You’ll begin with a tailored training program to set you up for success, aiming to meet quarterly sales targets based on annualised contract revenue.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Prospect for new clients through networking, outbound outreach, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare tailored proposals that meet client needs and showcase the company s value
• Lead negotiations and close deals to support strategic goals
• Explore new markets and geographical areas to unlock fresh opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer onboarding and retention

What We re Looking For:

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales performance tools
• Self-motivated with a willingness to travel as needed
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record
