Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to surpass annual sales quotas.
• Client Engagement: Identify and engage with key decision-makers within the Higher Education industry to understand their specific IT service needs.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to customize IT service offerings to meet the unique needs of Higher Education clients.
• Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive efforts and effective relationship management.
• Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of proven success in selling IT services, with a focus on the Higher Education sector.
• Sales Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions relevant to the Higher Education industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
