We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with an in-depth understanding of the UK real estate market to join our UK team. This role offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and business development targets
• Build and nurture a portfolio of new clients
• Proactively prospect for new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for tenders and RFPs
• Manage client interactions and follow-ups
• Conduct meetings with prospects and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to secure signed contracts
• Develop relationships with clients leading to new sales
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Represent Longevity Partners at industry events and conferences
• Coordinate with teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development
• Experience in meeting sales targets and managing client deadlines
• Strong UK professional network and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to convert leads into contracts
• Knowledge of climate change, sustainability, and energy efficiency in real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
