Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management review.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within Telecoms.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Powerpoint and Microsoft suite essential.
