We’re excited to advertise for a well-known healthcare provider near the Bletchley area. They are looking for an experienced Primary care Business Manager to join their team on a permanently. You’ll be joining a growing team with a large team of Clinical and non-Clinical staff with a growing patient list.

The surgery is spread across 3 sites which you would be required to cover and a combined patient size of about 17000 patients. The practices are quite small, with the hopes of growing their patient-list size to provide enhanced services.

Ideally, you would experience in performing the following; Finance, Strategic Planning, Service roll-outs, Service improvements, Liaising with the wider primary care team, Managing practice day-to-day operations, Managing primary care KPI’s and contracts etc.

The main site practice has a patient list size of just over 6000 patients, with a mixed patient demographic. They also have a supportive list of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates, and wider non-clinical staff to help get you up to speed with their processes.
