Business Recruitment Manager

Location: Doncaster – Our lovely new Recruitment hub office.

Job Type: Full time/permanent

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 per annum plus Car/Car Allowance & Excellent commission structure OTE 100K plus!

Your Mission

You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations and business development activities of your recruitment team, ensuring business growth and client satisfaction.

This role requires a strong focus on sales, client relationship management, and achieving growth targets.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Implement and lead the sales strategy locally, to drive business growth and meet and exceed your individual and team targets.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Manage recruitment consultants’ performance against set sales targets.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment contracts, including fees, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients that have 20-50+ workers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer service.

Industry Knowledge and Networking:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal regulations.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network and promote the agency’s services

Team Management and Leadership

• Set direction and manage performance of Recruitment consultants in your team
• Support individuals in the team to achieve their targets through coaching and development

Background, Experiences and Skills

• Recruitment agency experience (temporary staff)
• Proven agency experience of selling medium size contracts into the SME space.
• Commercial acumen
• Sales performance management
• Relationship management
• Business development
• Self-motivated, results driven.
• Need full, clean driving licence as travel will be required for this role.
• Tech savvy
