Based in Belfast, the successful candidate will be involved in prestigious contracts throughout the UK. These projects span a variety of sectors, including hotels, restaurants, luxury apartments, and commercial ventures.
Your new role
Key Duties:

Producing technical M&E drawings to the required standards Liaise with contracts managers and design teams to provide efficient and economical design solutions Development of installation and co-ordination drawings throughout the contract process Assist others in the checking and correction of drawings for issue What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background and proficiency in AutoCAD with experience working on MEP drawings. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities.
