What we expect from our chef managers and chefs

• Passionate about food
• Good understanding of P&L accounts
• Someone that can build good relationships with their team and client.
• Preferably someone that has experience working in contract catering, universities or education sector
• Used to working in a very busy environment
• Strong management skills
