About the Opportunity
A globally established investor services firm with a strong APAC presence is hiring a Client Relationship Director for its Singapore office. The firm provides fund administration, corporate services, and fiduciary solutions to private equity, alternative funds, and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Cayman, and beyond.
This is an active, hybrid-working seat based in the Singapore CBD. The role sits within the Business Development and Sales department and partners closely with operational delivery teams across the platform. You walk into a defined portfolio of complex, technically demanding clients – not a blank slate to build from zero, and not a subset of someone else’s book.
The Role
This is a true end-to-end client ownership seat. You are the senior point of contact for a portfolio of PE and alternative funds and corporate clients across APAC, accountable for revenue retention, deepening relationships, and identifying organic growth on the book.
Day-to-day, you will:
Multi jurisdictional structures are the norm here, not the exception. Expect to coordinate the same client across SG, HK, Lux, Cayman, and Mauritius depending on the vehicle.
What Makes You a Fit
You have probably spent at least five years in private equity or alternative funds within a fund administrator, asset manager, or peer service platform – long enough to have owned the full lifecycle of complex client relationships, not just supported them. You have seen the inside of high risk structures, walked through onboarding nuances with legal and compliance, and held the line on OTIF when delivery teams needed pushing.
