The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to focus primarily on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) contracts. You’ll be instrumental in the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from bid and negotiation through to contract execution and close-out.

This dynamic position requires you to:

• Develop and lead the submission of compelling quotations for Maintenance activities.
• Draft and negotiate robust contract agreements and manage amendments, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Manage the full execution of MRO contracts, ensuring strict adherence to internal standards and compliance.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and other Airbus entities.
• Report on contractual performance and actively contribute to continuous improvement in commercial methodology.

About You

You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technical and commercial excellence in the Aviation Industry.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role with strong commercial acumen.
• In-depth understanding of the MRO environment, including Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations.
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex contract negotiations and managing contract profitability.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
