We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established housing provider in London for a Commercial Property Manager on a 6 month fixed term basis.

You will provide expert advice on commercial leases and agreements with managing agents providing services to the organisations Buildings and estates. Leading on the negotiation of commercial leases and management agreements to put in place and maintain robust agreements which achieve best value, increase customer satisfaction, and minimise risk.

Experience required:• Experience of monitoring and managing contracts within the Social Housing Sector.• Experiences of managing commercial properties and leases.• An in depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policy frameworks.• A good understanding of housing management law and practice.• Extensive experience of negotiation to achieve business benefits or strong commercial results.• Previous people management experience

Salary £49,041 – £51,622k pa plus excellent benefits including hybrid working, 29 days leave plus bank holidays pro rota, pension 9%
