Your new companyYour new company is the longest-established surveying company in Manchester and boasts a vast amount of portfolio experience and believes in the quality of their brand instead of the quantity of non-specialist projects. They have large contracts with the likes of Lloyds Banking Group, Together Finances amongst others. The Manchester office has 20 members of staff who balance 75% commercial work and the remainder HMOs with a mixture of new and repeat business.

Your new roleWorking in the property department, you will primarily deal with day to day property management tasks, including commercial property management and service charge block management. Throughout the day, you will liaise with landlords and tenants and build long-lasting relationships.

What you’ll need to succeedIf you are an experienced property professional with experience managing a commercial portfolio in the UK, I’d like to hear from you. You will possess a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between site and office and enjoy delivering a personal service to your clients.
