Your new organisation is a charity dedicated to providing people with learning disabilities the support they need and the choice to live the best life possible within their communities. The organisation is based across England and Wales providing assistance from a couple of hours a week to 24 hours a day to the people they support. The services that they offer are Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Residential, Day Opportunities and Short Breaks & Respite Care. This organisation centres all decisions around providing person-centered care and champions choice and communication in all decisions.
Your New Role
As the Compliance and CQC Manager, you will be part of the Quality and Improvement department and will be responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of the organisation. Your main duties will be to offer support to the registered services and the registered managers around the legal requirements to maintain safety for the people supported.

Compliance with CQC regulatory requirements and other relevant legislation.Management and oversight of the complaints handling and performance, and line management the Complaints Co-ordinator.Assurance of compliance with contractual obligations via review and benchmarking of various local authority (or other) contracts.Co-ordination of local authority tender responses for the quality team for new / ongoing business.What you will need
QCF/NVQ Level 5 or degree educated equivalent.Microsoft IT packages.Recognised qualification Complaints Handling or similar customer service (desirable)Management and Leadership qualification (desirable)Safeguarding qualification level 3 or above (desirable)What you will get in return
Fixed working pattern of Monday to Friday: 37.5 hoursCompetitive salary of £35,20033 Days Annual Leave including bank holidayRemote working with the requirement to visit head office in Bristol and services across the organisation, as required.
