I am looking for a Construction Assurance Manager to support on a key segment of the HS2 route. This section includes civil engineering works such as embankments, large-scale earthworks, RC structures, and motorway crossings via major steel structures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a site-heavy background to step into a critical role focused on construction assurance ensuring contractors are doing what they re meant to do, identifying potential risks early, and supporting safe and efficient delivery.

You ll be reporting on progress against the NEC 3 contract and playing a key part in a team reshaping the delivery model toward a more construction management-led approach.

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive experience on site within heavy civils earthworks, groundworks, RC structures, bridges, etc.
• Clear understanding of NEC3 contracts assurance, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Practical knowledge of CDM regulations and a proactive approach to construction safety.
• On-site construction delivery experience.
• Experience building relationships and engaging with contractors, internal teams, and third parties.
