Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong civils background and hands-on NEC3/NEC4 contract experience?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major site modernisation programme within a busy, operational shipyard on the Clyde.
The programme includes demolition, groundworks, civil engineering, structural works and industrial infrastructure upgrades. You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget, while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
The Role – 18 Month FTC
Reporting to the Head of Site Development, you will work closely with contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects moving and ensure everything comes together as planned.
About You
You will be a well-rounded Construction Project Manager who can manage the bigger picture while keeping a close eye on the detail. You will be comfortable balancing site activities, project planning, contractors, budgets and competing priorities.
Experience in marine, defence, construction or infrastructure would be particularly relevant, especially where projects have been delivered within a live operational environment. CEMAR experience and professional membership would also be advantageous.
What’s on Offer?
If you are a practical, adaptable Construction Project Manager with strong civils experience, NEC3/NEC4 knowledge and the ability to manage projects from start to finish, please send your CV today.
