About the Role:

As a Facilities Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a diverse range of contracts, with a particular focus on public sector engagements. Your responsibilities will include harnessing your strong contract skills to ensure successful negotiations, seamless execution, and effective resolution of challenges that may arise during the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Utilize your robust contract management skills to oversee, negotiate, and administer various facility-related contracts.
• Sub-Contract Management: Demonstrate proficiency in sub-contract management to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation of all services.
• Public Sector Expertise: Leverage your experience in managing public sector contracts to navigate regulatory requirements and compliance standards effectively.
• Problem Resolution: Exhibit resilience in addressing challenges that may arise, employing strategic problem-solving skills to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
