Contract Manager – Landscaping Up to £50,000 + Company Car & Bonus

Situation:

Ford & Stanley are delighted to be partnered with a company specialising in external maintenance and environmental services across the UK on their search for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee key contracts across the Wales region.

Established in 1973, our client has seen rapid growth since the takeover in 2004, seeing annual turnover growth from £8 million to £200 million in 2023.

Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join a rapidly growing Rail Division and cover the Wales region. Reporting to the Operations Director you will contribute to the growth of this division and will ensure that they exceed their client s expectations on safety, quality and operational delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing team of Contract Managers and Site Managers to meet and exceed client and internal KPIs.
• Lead the implementation of best practice – including the most appropriate use of plant and equipment.
• Reporting to the Operations Director and other stakeholders on safety, profitability, and operational performance.

Essential Criteria To Secure An Interview:

• Able to demonstrate examples where you have acted as a champion for Safety
• Good reporting skills, both written and numerical

Salary & Package:

• Up to £50,000 + Company car & discretionary bonus
• Hybrid working role (if applicable)
• Extensive benefit package
• Monday Friday working hours (flexibility) 40 hours per week.
