AAA is supporting our large oil and gas based Client to recruit for a Contracts Advisor on a perm basis for their team in Aberdeen.

Candidates will have between 3 and 5 years experience working within a fast paced environment. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will be responsible for professional and proactive support to both the GC and Business Managers.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and drafting contractual documents efficiently for compliance with the company’s global operations
• Leading and supporting negotiations, seeking approvals and ensuring the risks and terms of the work under the contract are advised and understood
• Co-ordinating the commercial input for contract variations / extensions / renewals
• Monitor, update and maintain the company’s contractual styles, terms and conditions.
• Keep up to date with changing contract law, presenting any essential changes and finding acceptable resolutions for these

Candidates must have experience within an Oil & Gas Contracts role and must have a demonstrated ability to work independently. This role will be office based, but can be offered on a part time basis (21 hours) up to full time (37 hours) per week, with flexible working hours to suit the right candidate!
