About company:

Our client specialises in delivering high end residential building projects. These include the construction of bespoke new buildings of the very latest contemporary design to the restoration and refurbishment of listed and historic properties using traditional methods and materials.

About role:

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on high end, residential projects from start to completion.

As a Contracts Manager, working alongside the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring they are delivered both on time and within budget.

You will have either a strong trade background or technical construction knowledge and the ability to communicate at both subcontractor and client level. You will be computer literate and have a proven record of being involved and delivering high end residential projects.

Will be managing around 3 projects around Newbury and surrounding areas.

Salary & benefits:

• £55-£60,000 per annum
