Managing the project from inception through to completion, their aim is to fully retain every client they deliver for by demonstrating commitment throughout.The rolePosition: Contracts ManagerSector: New Build, Refurbishment, Fit OutLocation of office: GlossopFull Time Permanent Hybrid RoleStart Date: February 2024Salary: £50,000-£55,000 plus car allowance and other benefitsDuties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finishEnsure all contracts are completed on time, within budget and meet the necessary quality standardsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders including subcontractorsTravel around the Northwest to meet with clients from time to timeCandidate RequirementsLocated in the Greater Manchester areaIdeally a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in Project Management or contract administration within the construction industryMust have a Clean Driving License as the role requires travelling to sites/meetingsStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of construction standards, regulations and codesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressureUse of Microsoft Office including Projects and ProcoreIf you hit the above requirements and are interested in being shortlisted, please submit an updated CV.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
