Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are recruiting a Contract Manager (Healthcare – Soft FM) for their healthcare site in Hampshire.

The role is a full-time permanent position and is paying up to 45k for the starting salary.

The Contract Manager (Healthcare – Soft FM) will be responsible for:

• developing and leading a team of Area Support Services Managers within the contract to provide exceptional service
• managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to
• driving FM support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements
• reviewing business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting

The successful Contract Manager (Healthcare – Soft FM) will be able to demonstrate:

• senior management experience in Soft FM Management
• senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
• led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
• experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
• experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• being fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulation
• experience on application of risk management, analysis, and reduction
• managed senior level third party relationships.
