Niyaa People are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Contracts Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Assets and Compliance, your main responsibilities will be to take a lead role on all external contractors and lead the investment programmes, stock condition surveys, and service contracts.

Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager;

• Take a lead role in the delivery of the asset investment programme
• Monitor and maintain portfolio through stock conditioning surveys
• Analysing data to make investment decisions
• Understand and manage costing and budgets
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Experience in delivering programmes of planned works
• Experience in performance and quality management
• Good experience in delivering stock condition programmes
• Ability to effectively analyse data
• Knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation
• Experience in budget management
