R9 are seeking a Contracts Manager for one of our established clients. They will be responsible for the efficient delivery of contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.

Salary: 61k + 10% Bonus

Location: Oldbury

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract performance and meet KPIs
• Manage resources and ensure compliance
• Oversee quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead and mentor Contract Supervisors and support staff
• Ensure works meet agreed specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
• Trade background preferred
• Certifications: IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Management
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean DBS
