Our client, known for delivering challenging construction and refurbishment works, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live schemes. This role is key within a company that values technical excellence, strong leadership, and long-term client partnership.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will have full responsibility for the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of projects across residential, commercial and external works programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing several concurrent projects from start to handover
• Leading site teams and subcontractors
• Overseeing programme delivery, quality, safety and compliance
• Managing technically complex works packages
• Engaging closely with clients, design teams and stakeholders
• Driving operational improvements and consistency across the business

About You

• Demonstrable experience as a Contracts Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational capability
• Knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards and compliance
• Calm, solution-focused approach to project challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
