Job Description: Contracts Manager- Interior fit out

Skilled Careers are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project compliance and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to align contracts with project scope, timelines, and budget.
• Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Advise senior management on contractual matters and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and financial milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in contract management, preferably within the interiors or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction law and contract terms.

Preferred:

• Experience with commercial interior design projects and project management software.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with some travel to project sites.
