CSS Recruitment are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Requirements:

• Oral and written skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Organisation skills.
• Able to use a tablet/ computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of heath and safety on construction sites – qualification.
• Experience in groundworks, building contracts and working with client production teams. Desired if groundworks in residential new build.
• Able to resource programme planning and tender review.
• Able to review monthly Cost Value reports.
• Able to identify anf resolve problems promptly. Reliable and diplomatic, clean driving licence, self-motivated.

This is a full time role based in Cambridge office. Managing several sites across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex.
