Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Swindon, M4/M5 Corridor Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 + Company Vehicle

Our client, a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the management of groundworks and civil engineering projects along the M4/M5 corridor.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple projects

* Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

* Prepare project reports and manage project documentation

* Manage project risk and ensure health and safety procedures are followed

* Ensure projects meet quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in groundworks and civil engineering

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong knowledge of project management processes

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations

* Full driving license
