A national property services company who specialise in delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within the Social Housing sector require an experienced Painting Contracts Manager to join their Nottingham office and oversee projects throughout the East Midlands region.

Duties of Contracts Manager:

• Assessing painting projects, estimating the cost, labour resources, materials, and time for completion
• Putting together well-presented, competitive tender packages for work
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers, making sure that all customers receive an excellent
• Producing risk assessments and method statements for contracts, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to throughout projects.
• Be accountable for ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales, quality control standards and to budget
• Managing project costs within budget to deliver planned financial result on completion.
• Work with the team to ensure all internal and external Health and Safety requirements are met to provide a safe work environment on identified contract sites

Suitable applicants must have previous experience at Contracts Manager level, along with experience of managing painting contracts. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also required, along with experience of producing programmes of work.
